Our Process
01. Consultation & Scope Definition
We begin with an initial conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and the overall scope of your project. Whether it's a new build, renovation, or full-home furnishing, this is where we align expectations and confirm that our process is the right fit for your needs.
We take the time to get to know you and how you live. Through guided conversations and visual references, we learn what inspires you, how your home should function, and what kind of atmosphere you want to create. For furnishing projects, we also assess your existing pieces and determine what stays, what goes, and what is needed.
02. Discovery & Vision Building
We craft visual mood boards that express the overall tone and direction of the design. These early concepts capture the essence of the home and provide a clear starting point for materials, color palettes, and style. This phase allows for collaboration and adjustment before the detailed design process begins.
03. Concept Direction
We develop layouts and elevation drawings that reflect both aesthetic and functional needs. This includes room flow, circulation, and the planning of built-in elements such as cabinetry, wardrobes, and ceiling details. These drawings form the architectural framework for the project.
04. Space Planning & Interior Architecture

With the layout in place, we refine the details of the design. We define furniture styles, lighting concepts, materials, finishes, textiles, and custom elements that will bring the space to life. Every selection is presented for your feedback and approval.
06. Technical Documentation
We translate design decisions into precise technical drawings, schedules, and specifications. These documents guide contractors, vendors, and fabricators, ensuring the project is executed accurately and consistently.
07. Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics
ACI manages the complete sourcing process, including custom furniture, curated pieces, lighting, finishes, and accessories. We place orders, coordinate with vendors, track deliveries, and handle all logistics. Our clients do not have to manage any part of the process themselves.
While we do not perform construction work, we remain involved throughout the build phase. We liaise with your contractors, respond to design-related queries, and provide on-site coordination to ensure the work aligns with the approved plans and overall vision.
08. Construction Collaboration (for builds & renovations)
We oversee deliveries, manage furniture placement, and complete the home with styling touches such as artwork, objects, and accessories. This final step brings warmth, depth, and personality to each space.
09. Installation & Final Styling
Once everything is in place, we arrange professional photography to capture the finished home. You receive a fully documented space, and we wrap up the project with care, ensuring no detail is left unresolved.
