Located above the marina, this penthouse apartment was designed as a quiet escape from the pace of the city. Surrounded by a 360-degree sea view, the palette is soft and tonal, inspired by the shifting colors of the water and sky. Natural textures bring warmth to the open, light-filled layout.

We softened the architecture with curved forms, custom joinery, and carefully layered materials, creating contrast with the building’s original industrial character. In the primary suite, a reading nook offers a place to pause and take in the view. The bathroom was reimagined as a private retreat, complete with a rain shower and body jets.

Every detail was chosen to create a sense of ease. The result is a home that feels calm, grounded, and deeply considered.
