This bungalow combines modern minimalism and classical influences, with a focus on refined palettes, classical detailing, high-quality natural materials, and sculptural accents.

We were tapped to design this home due to our extensive experience with homes in this community. We completely changed the floor plan to allow for a grand foyer moment and direct connection to the outdoors.

The palette is restrained with intentional hints of color. This home blends historic character with refined, contemporary comfort, inspired by Parisian elegance and Mediterranean ease.
